Aceclofenac, Paracetamol &Serratiopeptidase Tablets is mainly used in treatment of muscle pain, back pain, joint pain, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used for treatment of fever, rheumatic pain and spondylitis.

Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 which is responsible for production of prostaglandin (PG). this exertsanti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and analgesic effects.Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by reducing the active form of cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 enzymes. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.
