How to use:
750ml + 4 = 51g protein. As a nutritional supplement, start off by adding ±2 rounded scoops (150g) to 375-450ml of cold water/milk, and then move onto ± 4 rounded scoops (300g) with 750-900ml water/milk after a week. Take a full 300g serving on Daily or as divided dosages. Use as a recovery drink post-training or a snack replacement between meals.
